3rd Party Inspections
STS offers third party inspection services to ensure vendors or subcontractors comply with specified requirements. These services include:

• Raw Material Identification/Verification
• In-Process & Final Inspection
• Witnessing Performance Tests & Non-Destructive Examination Methods
• Qualification of Processes, Procedure and Personnel
• Pre-Shipment Inspection
• Supplier Surveys
• Source Inspection

STS has AWS Certified Welding Inspectors (CWI) available to ensure compliance of the relevant code, specification and/or standard. THE CWI services include:

• Verify that applicable procedures, materials and equipment are covered
• Ensure welders are appropriately qualified
• Review or develop WPS/PQRs
• Perform visual examination
• Ensure that all inspections are completed to applicable specifications

STS offers Drilling Rig and Well- Servicing Structure Inspection Services compliant with the American Petroleum Institute (API) requirements or to other customer specified standards. These services are available for onshore and offshore operations, domestic or internationally, which include:

• Inspection of Drilling Rig and related equipment (mechanical and/or electrical)
• Commissioning or Acceptance Testing of new or refurbished rigs
• API RP4G Category 1,2,3 or 4 inspection levels
• Comprehensive assessment of the rig and related equipment includes a technical report with recommendations for improvement of the maintenance program
